小贴士1.我用的是原汤煮的,所以只需要加一点点味精调味,原汤和牛肉丸下锅煮沸(煮时不能沸太久,否则牛肉丸不爽滑)2.吃牛肉丸蘸辣椒酱,不过还是蘸本地特产沙茶酱最为地道。3.也可以先加入几片白萝卜煮熟后再加入牛肉丸!
